Personalised Items

Each print is made to order and personalised for you. Because of this, I cannot accept returns or cancellations for personalised prints unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your print arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, email support@namestories.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.

Attach photos of the item and packaging.

I replace defective or incorrect prints at no cost to you.

Non-Personalised Items

If I add non-personalised products in the future, I will update this policy to include standard returns for those items.

Exchanges

I offer exchanges only if the item arrives damaged or I made an error on your order.

I do not offer exchanges for customer design changes after production begins.

Order Cancellations

Because I start creating your personalised print shortly after you place your order, cancellations are only possible if you contact me before production begins.

If I already started working on your print, the order cannot be cancelled.

How to Request a Replacement

Email your request to support@namestories.co.uk and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

I respond quickly and resolve the issue as fast as possible.
