We sell personalised and non-personalised products, subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.

 

3. Orders and Payment

 

• By placing an order you offer to purchase a product subject to these Terms.   
• All prices are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT (where applicable).
  
• Payment must be successfully authorised before your order is confirmed.
  
• Errors in pricing may be corrected; if the correct price is lower we will adjust accordingly; if higher we will contact you for your consent before proceeding.
  

 

4. Personalisation

 

For personalised products, we will print or engrave as you specify. You must ensure that all text, spellings, and details are correct. Once production has started, you will not be able to cancel or return the personalised product, unless it is defective.

 

5. Delivery

 

• We aim to dispatch personalised items within 5-7 business days.   
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery.   
• If you do not collect or accept a delivery within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to treat the order as cancelled and you will remain liable for the cost of the product and delivery.

7. Warranty and Liability

 

We provide products which are of reasonable quality and fit for the purpose for which products of that kind are commonly supplied. However, our liability is limited as follows:

• Our total liability for direct losses is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. 
• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
